Need clear answers now?

How do you usually approach complex products?

I start by finding where the complexity is real and where the product has simply made a mess for itself. Then I work through the key flow, the information, and the technical limits. The visual direction comes once the logic is clear enough to support it.

Do you still work hands-on as a designer?

Yes. Product flows, interface systems, prototypes, visual direction, and final details are still part of my day-to-day work. Leadership is useful only while I can still see where the actual design is getting weaker.

What does design engineering mean here?

Working close to the frontend: coded prototypes, components, motion, states, and the limits that decide whether a design survives production. AI belongs here when it saves time.

How do you work with product teams?

Directly. I work with product, design, and engineering around the same problem, review the work while it is moving, and keep the quality bar clear. Less hand-off, more shared context.

What kind of products are usually the best fit?

Complex products with real logic underneath: SaaS, fintech, Web3, AI tools, operational software, and anything where the interface has to explain something difficult clearly.
