These guys pulled off an insanely good UI. I’ve honestly never seen anything better in iGaming, ever. It hit me hard. Ivan is an absolute beast, Marie is the best designer on the planet, and I’m fucking blown away!

The final work matters. So does the way it gets done. Here’s what my clients noticed

Felix A.
Founder, CEO Blockpot
...what stood out was that Ivan made a very early product feel much more polished, confident, and expensive than it had any right to at that stage

The team doesn’t just design what we ask for. They go deeper into the product, challenge the brief when needed, and bring back thinking we didn’t know we needed. This is one of the main reasons we love working with them.

Even the early drafts already looked far ahead of the competitor admin panels we had seen! The work felt polished, thoughtful, and full of strong ideas from the very first design iterations.

FAQ
Need clear answers now?
How do you usually work within product squads?
I usually work as a fractional design lead: I join weekly syncs, review product decisions, design key flows, and keep the quality bar high. I am not there to send screens. I help founders, PMs, and engineers make better calls while the product keeps moving well.
How fast can we get moving this week?
If the scope is clear, I can usually start quickly. Most engagements begin with a short audit, a working rhythm, and the first priority queue. The goal is momentum fast, not two weeks of fake discovery theater......
Do you work on weekly scope or sprints?
Usually weekly scope. It keeps work honest, priorities flexible, and collaboration close. If the project needs custom setup, I can shape that too, but I do not like vague retainers.
What do you usually handle there first
Usually product clarity first: flows, hierarchy, interface direction, and the next move. If needed, I can also step into systems, mentoring, brand direction, and review loops too.
Can you work with founders, PMs, and engineers daily?
Yes. That is usually the job. Good design leadership is collaboration, judgment, and faster decisions. I work directly with founders, PMs, engineers, and designers each day.
