Challenges.

PayVDA was building a crypto wallet for India and the UAE, starting with India, where the product had to connect crypto payments with familiar everyday behavior like QR scans, UPI-style flows, fiat conversion, and mobile-first money movement. The hard part was not only the wallet logic itself, but the fact that crypto still feels cold, technical, and risky for people who are not already deep inside the Web3 bubble.

Solutions.

We designed PayVDA as an anti-crypto crypto wallet: bright, friendly, tactile, and closer to a Pixar-like financial product than another dark terminal for token people. Across the app, landing page, brand identity, 3D visuals, social assets, and pitch deck, we built one consistent world around simplicity, trust, soft skeuomorphism, friendly characters, clear payment mechanics, and a product language that could make crypto feel closer to everyday money.

Results.

The final system turned into a full product and brand ecosystem: 120+ app screens, a Framer landing page, a handcrafted iOS icon, investor-ready materials, social and ad visuals, and a pitch deck built around the same “crypto without the chaos” narrative. PayVDA ended up with a visual language that stood far away from typical crypto design while still keeping the wallet familiar, usable, and grounded in real financial flows.
