The product had outgrown its own identity. CYBRO launched a loud, cyberpunk retail play — neon, mascots, strong personality. It worked. $7M presale, high recognition, solid engagement.
Then the business pivoted hard: Retail users to professional DeFi players. Simple yield aggregation to complex LP management on Uniswap V3 and PancakeSwap V3. Hype-driven entry to trust-driven usage. The old design system was fundamentally incompatible with the new audience. You couldn’t just dial down the neon and remove the mascots — that would leave a broken, empty shell.
We didn’t reskin. We rebuilt everything from zero.
New modular logo. Completely new UI kit and design system. New layout architecture and component library. New visual language built on clarity, hierarchy, and trust.
Core principles: shift from personality-driven to trust-driven. Cut visual noise without killing identity. Keep depth and materiality — no flat minimalism. Make it feel like serious finance.
We validated the architecture early with quick AI wireframes, separated information clarity from visual style, and turned stakeholder pushback into structural improvements instead of regressions. The design system was built in parallel with code — tight loop, zero drift. Then extended it with 3D elements, full brand assets, pitch decks, and social templates — everything aligned.



CYBRO went from a high-recognition retail hype product to a trust-first professional DeFi platform. We didn’t just update the look — we rebuilt the entire identity and product surface so serious users could finally see it as a place to park real money, not just another presale play.
