BlockPot
BlockPot went from rough product logic to a polished MVP system with modular UI, social visuals, and AI-image templates that made production fast and cheap

No polished prototype. No established visual system. Mostly the logic of how the product should work, explained in rough documents and sketches. The task was to help them launch fast, make the product look alive, and avoid spending a real production budget on a first MVP.
The trap was obvious: crypto lottery products usually fall into the same cheap neon look. Purple gradients, glowing blobs, random AI imagery, vague Web3 energy. The challenge was to use that production language on purpose, make it look good, and turn it into a simple system the team could reproduce without expensive design support every week.
We built BlockPot as a lean, modular MVP system. The visual direction used the familiar AI-generated crypto aesthetic, but tightened it: cleaner composition, stronger contrast, controlled gradients, neon accents, simple modules, and enough polish to avoid looking like a random prompt dump. We designed the interface, launch visuals, social media assets, and image direction as one reproducible system.
The important part was production cost. The system was built around simple rules: repeatable layouts, reusable components, easy-to-generate imagery, and templates that made new visuals cheap to create without losing the overall look. It was an MVP machine: fast to assemble, easy to scale, and good-looking enough to launch with confidence.

BlockPot got from rough product logic to a launchable visual product very quickly and on a very modest budget. The final system gave the team a polished MVP surface, social visuals, AI-image templates, and a modular UI language they could keep extending without rebuilding the whole design layer. Simple to reproduce. Cheap to multiply. Flexible enough for a launch-stage product. For an MVP, that is exactly the point.

...what stood out was that Ivan made a very early product feel much more polished, confident, and expensive than it had any right to at that stage
